The Long Run
Every bot runs for good, with its rules locked, so this board shows who beats the S&P 500 and for how long. Ranked by how far each bot beat the S&P 500 since the day it started. Yearly pace compares bots of different ages fairly; Months ahead shows how steady it is. Use the tabs to see only the bots that have lasted. Updated every market day after the close (last close: Oct 16, 2026).

Seasoning
A new bot trades for 20 market days (about a month) before it gets a rank, so one lucky day can't win it.
No bots seasoning right now.

Rules
- Every tournament bot starts with $50,000 of paper money at the close of the first market day after it was entered.
- It trades on Autopilot only: it buys and sells by its rules once a day at the closing price. No hand-picked buys or sells.
- Once entered, your bot runs permanently and its rules are public. Its rules and name are locked forever: to try other rules, enter a new bot.
- You can ask to remove your name later (the bot then shows "by a former player" and frees one of your 3 spots), but the bot keeps running, so its record stays honest.
- It can't be an exact copy of a house bot (Ace, Rex, Max...): change at least one setting.
- Ranked after 20 market days (about a month), by how much it beat the S&P 500 over the same days.
- Up to 3 running bots per person, and names must be friendly. The site owner can remove a bot for a rude name or abuse.
- Your email is only used to count your bots. It's never shown on the site or shared.
- House bots are on the board for comparison. They started earlier, so their numbers cover more days.
